Everyone experiences seasons when life doesn’t make sense. We face challenges that leave us stuck, confused, and even hopeless at times. We all need people to help us process our circumstances and feelings in a healthy way. That’s where coaching comes in.
Coaching can help you navigate transition and pursue purpose.
Coaching provides a vital support system for change, empowering you to leverage every situation to build your capacity as a leader and as a person.
As a Life Coach, I can work with you on anything—like understanding your purpose and passions, living healthier, getting organized, navigating transitions, processing loss and grief, increasing productivity, maintaining healthy boundaries, developing stronger relationships, improving communication skills, or bringing a dream to life.
I want to help you get the most out of life, and gain wisdom and understanding in any area you desire to grow in.
As your Life Coach, I will —
- Help you wrestle well through life’s question marks.
- Empower you to dream, identify goals and values, achieve success, and understand yourself on a deeper level.
- Create a non-judgmental space to develop personal life strategies, while providing accountability and momentum to continue moving forward.
How Does Coaching Work?
Change takes understanding and time. Coaching is not meant to be a quick fix, but a process of development. For coaching to be beneficial and effective, a minimum commitment of 2 months (with weekly sessions) is required. Ideally, coaching will take place over a 6-month period, switching to bi-weekly sessions after the first two months. But your optimal duration will be determined by the areas you specifically want to develop through coaching.
All coaching appointments are one hour long, and conducted online or in-person, depending upon your location. In our introductory Foundation Session, we will lay the groundwork for developing the best plan for your coaching needs.
At the end of each session, we will map out specific action steps. The coaching process builds on these action steps that you complete between our sessions together. It will most likely feel a little risky and uncomfortable—it’s supposed to. That is when you know change is actually happening. You have to choose to commit to the hard process to get to your desired change. Ultimately, you are your own champion, and I am your cheerleader and coach. Together, we will develop the building blocks you alone can use to create lasting change in your life.
